Terrace Dashboard: End-User License Agreement

1. Who this is for

The Terrace Dashboard (the "App") is an internal software tool owned and operated by Terrace Construction, Inc. ("Terrace"). It is licensed only to Terrace and to people Terrace authorizes in writing to use it for Terrace's business. No one else may use it, and it is not sold, distributed or offered to the public.

2. What the App does

The App connects to Terrace's own QuickBooks Online company to read accounting information, such as customers, jobs and account balances, and shows it alongside Terrace's project information. The App reads QuickBooks only; it does not create, change or delete QuickBooks records.

3. License

Terrace grants authorized users a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App solely for Terrace's internal business. Users may not copy, resell, sublicense or share access to the App.

4. QuickBooks and Intuit

QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit Inc. under Intuit's own terms. Intuit is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App. Connecting the App requires a QuickBooks user with permission to do so.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Information shown in the App should be checked against QuickBooks before it is relied on for accounting, tax or lending decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Terrace is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App.

7. Ending access

Terrace may disconnect the App from QuickBooks at any time, from the App or from QuickBooks' own settings.
